We ship orders out Monday - Friday and the cut off time for placing an order is 12pm (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago)
Order Tracking
When your items are shipped out, within 1-2 days you will receive a notification from us via email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
If you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll be happy to take a look for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@qualityboatparts.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you receive your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
